She was predeceased by: her son Daniel Mazzuchi; and her cousin David Gregoire. She is survived by: her sons, James (Jodi Mazzuchi) and Brian Mazzuchi (Patricia Mazzuchi) of Bourbonnais; her grandchildren, Andrew Mazzuchi, Alexis Mazzuchi, Emily Mazzuchi and Katherine Mazzuchi; and her siblings, Joseph Gregoire of Belvedere, Jerome Gregoire of Bradley, Fleurette Meents of Bourbonnais and Phillip Gregoire of Bourbonnais. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
