He was predeceased by: his father John Neff Sr.; his brother John Neff Jr.; and his niece Kelly Neff. He is survived by: his mother Donna Neff (Fulayter); his daughters, Kaedyn and Danica Neff; the mother of his children Heidi Petersen-Rabiansky; his brother Joseph Neff (Kathy); and his nephew John Neff (Kaylee). He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
