He was predeceased by: his parents, Pak Fok and Pui Fong Ng Sien. He is survived by: his wife Lai Jan Sien of Bourbonnais; his children, Gary Sien of Bourbonnais, Ted Sien (Victoria) of Pleasanton, CA and Susan Hom (Matthew) of Irvine, CA; and his grandchildren, Wesley, Jeremy, Chloe Sien, Megan Gray (Nathaniel) and Jenna Hom.
