He was predeceased by: his parents, Hervey Jr. Cory and Phyllis Cory (Rojas); and his former wife Sherry Louise Cory (Carr). He is survived by: his wife Dianne Cory of Bourbonnais; his daughter Tracy; his son-in-law Dino Lenburg of New Lenox; his grandchildren, Taylor and Kaitlyn Lenburg; his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Dawn Cory of Mount Prospect; his grandchildren, Cade, Reese, Casey and Rylie Cory; his stepson Jeff Sparger of Bourbonnais; his children, Jacob, Joshua, Kiersten Sparger, Neala and Ryan Dunn; his grandchildren, Kalen and Trinity Dunn of Bourbonnais; his brother Ronald; and his sister-in-law Nadine Cory.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
