He is survived by: his wife Patricia Carstens of Bourbonnais; his son Craig Scott; his daughter-in-law Julie Carstens of Beavercreek, OH; his daughter Kimberly Ann; his son-in-law Nelson Navarro of Cerritos, CA; his grandchildren, Neil Navarro and Joshua Carstens; his siblings-in-law, Lorraine Carstens of Bourbonnais, Dale Hoagland (Lisa), Thomas, Shelia Carstens of Bourbonnais, Michael, Cathy Carstens of Kankakee, Naomi, Stephen Smith, Margaret and Wayne Harness; and his father-in-law Willard Hoagland.
