He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Welch and Flossie Welch (Oglesby). He is survived by: his wife Joan Welch; his sons, Eric Welch (Kelly), Scott Welch (Jacque) and Marc Welch (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Stephanie Bertrand of Kankakee, Erica Billingsley (Ryan) of Bourbonnais, Eli Welch of Kankakee, Kelsey Shipley (Frank) of Bourbonnais, Zachary, Taylor Welch of Nevada, Michael Waller and Samatha Welch of California; and his great grandchildren, Ginger, Lola Bertrand of Kankakee, Josie, Presley Billingsley of Bourbonnais and Colson Shipley of Bourbonnais.
