With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Florence B Ignatowicz of Bourbonnais, Illinois, born in Kankakee, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Florence may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Reniche and Florence Reniche (Richard); her husband Raymond Ignatowicz; and her sons, Michael and David.
She is survived by: her caregiver Dr. Swartz; her children, Steven Ignatowicz (Barbara) of Grays Lake, IL and Nancy Rae Ignatowicz of Bourbonnais; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Ignatowicz of Lugoff, SC. She is also survived by three grandsons; one granddaughter; and many great grandchildren.
