He is survived by: his former wife Madonna (Heinze); his daughter Marla Burns (Gary) of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Kurt Hayes (Kellee) of Bourbonnais, Jeff Hayes (Amy) of Bloomington, IL, Brian Hayes of Effingham, IL, Scott Hayes (Michelle) of Aledo, TX., Collin Burns (Audrey), Erin Burns, Justin Hayes (Jessi), Kyle Hayes, Kory Hayes, Emily Schiller (EJ), Sarah Hayes, Austin Hayes, Carter Hayes and Keegan Hayes Aidan Hayes; his great grandchildren, Benton, Ebby Burns, Christa Martinez, Molly Hayes and Price Schiller; his siblings, Howard Hayes of Bourbonnais and Mary Johnson of Bradley; and his spouse Ed's. He is also survived by her children/grandchildren, extended family.
