She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dykstra and Rose Brouwers Dykstra; her husband Willard Olthoff; and her brother Harry "Bud" Dykstra Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, William Olthoff (Ruth) of Bourbonnais and Dr. Robert Olthoff (Shirley) of Thousand Oaks, CA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
