He is survived by: his mother Betty Kuckie (Henke) of Elwood; his wife Donna Kuckie of Bourbonnais; his sons, Kevin (Susan Kuckie), Jeff (Lisa Kuckie), Brian Kuckie of Bourbonnais and Jim (Maggie Kuckie); his sister Denise; his brother-in-law Dennis; his brothers, Gary (Oksana) and Blair (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Ashton Kuckie, Sophia Kuckie, Callie Kuckie, Carson Kuckie and Kinley Kuckie.
