She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Brown and Mabel Brown; her daughter Nora Van Hook; and her siblings, Donald Brown and Eleanor Bartholomew.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph I. Azzarelli (Jackson); her children, Patricia Lynch (Michael), Nancy Delgado (Michael), Joseph Azzarelli (Dianne), Jayne Korstick and Barbara Lynn Zielinski (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Betty Azzarelli (John). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
