He is survived by: his wife Jane; his grandchildren, Reid, Madeline, Geraldine, Jacob II, Isaac, Joseph, Greison and Caden; his brothers, John and Thomas (Sally); his nephew James (Misty); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan, Madison and Andrew; his nephews, Paul, Stephen (Jamie), John (Mitzi), Dennis and Richard Westerhoff; his niece Lisa Stanbury (Brent); his great-nephews, Eric and Evan; his nieces, Nicole Sanders (Al) and Tami KimKade (Jeff); his siblings-in-law, Karen Hoffman, Kathy Bowling (Tim), David Walters (Tami) and Dennis Walters (Frances); and also, Noah, Emily, Abby and Eli. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, dear friends, neighbors, cousins.
