He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Clutter; his daughters, Lisa Ruot and Shannon Brooks (Jim Painter); his stepchildren, Melody Burcham (Mitchell), William Weaver (Rachael) and Tim Weaver (Heidi); his siblings, Joe Gipson (Cathy), Tim Gipson, Sharon Cunningham and Carol Oldham (Gene); his grandchildren, Giancarlo Francis, Kelsey Nihiser (Robert), Wade Brooks (Sierra Rutherford), Jacquelynn Ruot (Will Deters) and Mackenzie Ruot; and his great grandchildren, Caiden Francis, Adalynn Nihiser, Ashtynn Nihiser and Zayne Brooks.
