He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E Vollmer and Marjorie R. Vollmer. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie F. Weston-Vollmer; his children, Michelle Varman (Michael) of Elwood, IL, Rudy J. Trizna III (Stacy) of Joliet and Jason S. Trizna (Dawn) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Anna Trizna (Vincent Buonicore), Scott Trizna, Jake Trizna (Tania), Tiffany Trizna, Kevin Trizna, Nicholas Varman, Samantha Varman and Madison McGrath; his great grandchild Veronica Buonicore; his daughter-in-law Kristin Barrowman (Rob); his siblings, Joan Werbick (Jim) of Sun Lakes, AZ, David Vollmer (Carol J.) of Joliet and Carol A. Bates (Scott) of Chandler, AZ; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Lopez (Dale), Linda Weston, Ramona Weston, Casey Weston (JoEllen), Johnny Weston and Joseph Rodriguez (Barb). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
