With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Young Sr. (Bonnie, Illinois), born in Whittington, Illinois, who passed away on February 5, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Young and Beatrice Young (Casey); his wife Jeanette Young of Bonnie; his sons, Robert Young, Jr. of San Antonio, Darrell Young (Kelly) of Troy and Darren Young (Kendra) of Granite City; his stepdaughter Melissa Melton of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Jordan Young, Derrick, Devon, Kadence, Khole Young, Jason, Crystal and Christopher Young; his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Melton and Madalyn Melton; and his sisters, Maxine Hicks and van. He was also cherished by 12 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to the American Diabetes Association.
