She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward and Wanda June Summers (Brown); and her son Darrel Summers. She is survived by: her siblings, Charlotte Huntman (Mike) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Michael Summers (Susan) of Scheller and Douglas Summers (Angie) of Bonnie, Illinois; and her pets, Rudy J. B. and Tanner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Renee's honor to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
