She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dent and Alice Dent (Gower); her grandson Michael Leffler; and her siblings, Wanda Lee Reynolds, Earl Dent, Leon Dent, Fred Dent, Jack Dent and Bob Dent.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Leffler (Randy) of Mount Vernon, Travis Jones (Penny) of Scheller and Melinda Jones (John Farrow) of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Justin Leffler (Lindsey), Bryce Jones (Harlie), Danara Simmons (Luke), Shanae Jones (Kamdan Cox) and Allie Riley; her great grandchildren, Kaylee Leffler, Elsie Jones and Elena Jones; and her sister-in-law Marcella Dent of Bonnie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Marilyn's honor to the Ronald McDonald House in Saint Louis, Missouri.
