He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hagen and Florine Hagen (Kleindienst); his son John Michael Hagen (Ronda) of Rapatee; and his brother Louis Hagen. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lingenfelter; his children, Tim Hagen (Michelle) of Peoria and Lynnette Hagen of Lakewood, CA; and his close friend Sonya Levitt.
