He is survived by: his wife Nancy Evans; his son John Evans (Dawn); his stepson James P. Lambert; his daughters, Mary Beth Hannan (Kelly) and Julie Lambert; his grandchildren, Chadd Smith, Kyle Smith, Cody Smith, Jacob Smith, Jessica Evans, Tyler Evans, Keaton Barber and Paige Lambert; his great grandchildren, Kylie Smith, Aubrey Smith, Luke Smith, Parker Smith, Brooke Smith and Ava Surber; his siblings-in-law, James Savarino (Jenny), John Savarino (Jill) and Aundrea Regnier; and his pet Blondie.
