He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kelsey and Edna Kelsey (Gumbrell); his wife Lulu; his grandchildren, Kimberly Kelsey and Reed Kelsey; his son-in-law George Luthe; and his brother Jack Kelsey.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Freeman (Alan), Sara Kelsey, Clay Kelsey (Susie), Clint Kelsey (Tammy), Chris Kelsey (Teresa) and Scott Kelsey (Shannon). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
