He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Judith, Joe Clodfelter, Sara and Claudie Speir. He is survived by: his parents, Teresa "Terry" Garner (Clodfelter) and Neil Speir of Albion; and his grandparents, Joyce and David Garner of Bone Gap. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and very close friends.
