She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Blair and Miyoko Blair (Usui). She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Blair of Clinton and Dana Spencer of Champaign; her grandchildren, Cody Fry of Champaign, Kaleb Spencer of Champaign, Dylan Spencer of Champaign and Kyle Plue of Urbana; her siblings, Frank Blair (Pam) of Danville, Katherine Cunningham of Flower Mound, Nila Blair of Urbana and Patricia Blair of Mahomet; her nieces, Amanda Smith, Jennifer Hathaway and Nicki Miller; her nephew Josh Blair; and her pet Yoji.
Janice had a love for animals so it is fitting that memorials be donated to the Champaign County Humane Society, 1911 E. Main Street, Urbana, Il. 61802.
