She is survived by: her husband Michael; her mother-in-law Helen Rendak; her children, Timothy Rendak (Erin), Simon Rendak (Kelly) and Adriane Montelongo (Jeff); her grandchildren, Madelyn, Benjamin Rendak, Mikayla and Malia Montelongo; her siblings, Mitchell Pazdro (Patricia) and Jo Ann Pfingsten (late Mark); and her nieces, Tiffany Siwula (Matt), Deanna Jacobo (Jorge) and Christina Gonzalez (Mario).
