We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2021, at the age of 22, Steven Patrick Chobak of Bolingbrook, Illinois, born in Hinsdale, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Frank Sr. Chobak (Alice); and his great-grandparent Mary Ward (Thomas). He is survived by: his parents, Maureen Chobak (Samson) and Dale Scott Chobak; his siblings, Olivia Chobak and Matthew Chobak; his grandmother Mary Samson (Walter); and his aunts and uncles, Catherine Laspina (Vince), Margaret Samson, Michael Chobak (Jamie), Frank Jr. Chobak (Cindy), Adele Cocciemiglio (Dominick) and Richard Chobak.
