She was predeceased by: her husband Grant Phillips Ellsworth; her son Grant Phillips Ellsworth Jr.; her siblings, Louis Fanning and Barbara Simon; and her parents, Louis Fanning and Alice Moysey Fanning.
She is survived by: her children, David R. Ellsworth, Susan A. Shirley (Roger) and Amy Owens (Tim); her grandchildren, Angie McCord (Tim), Rachel Towner (Jesse), Melissa S. Pecina (Steven), Michael D. Ellsworth (Mary), Samantha J. Eberhardt (Joseph), Austin G. Shirley, Elizabeth Gillian (Justin) and Zachary Hansher (Cathryn); and her sister Carol Sue Wilhelm. She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.
