He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ondracek; his children, Jennifer Minkalis and Jonathan Ondracek (Crystin); his grandchildren, Robert, Anthony, Nicholas, Carmen, Isabella and Leonardo; and his siblings, Clem Ondracek (late Mary), John Ondracek (Dorothy), Mary Fried (Paul), Joan Kudulis (late Ronald) and Ray Ondracek (Leann).
