It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia M. Phipps (Bolingbrook, Illinois), who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her close friend Al Germak; her stepdaughters, Michelle Cooper and Diana Germak; her stepgrandchildren, Stephen, Brenden, Rob, Mikyla and Donnie; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Aiden and Lennon; her brothers, John Fagan (Christine) and Dan Fagan (Lynne); her sister-in-law Luba Germak; her nephews, Jay Fagan (Melinda), Jeremy Fagan (Dena) and Patrick Fagan (Alicia); her niece Connie Sweeney (Kevin); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha, Amelia, Sean, Callie, Jack, Austin, Eli, Gianna, Kevin, Stephanie (Brian), Elizabeth, Sofia, Dominic, Morgan, Mia, Frank Jr. (Maria) and Ava.
