It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Hazelett (Bolingbrook, Illinois), who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kobes and Helen Kobes. She is survived by: her spouse Chalmer; her grandchildren, Daniel Hazelett (Katelyn) and Amanda Korzik (Kenneth); and her great grandchildren, Melody Korzik, Elaina and Emma Hazelett.
