He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Palcuk and Delores Popule; and his siblings, Terrance Palcuk, Nancy Colclasure (Robert) and Linda Gerrity.
He is survived by: the mothers of child, Nicky Jr., Maureen Smith, Deena Cothard (DiMenna) and Lydia Jolene; his son Nicholas Palcuk (Kristy); his sisters, Doris Myers (late Gene) of Romeoville, Teddie Vanasek (Eric) of Bolingbrook and Amelia Palcuk of Bolingbrook; his brother-in-law Dan Gerrity of Bolingbrook; his significant other Lesly Yednock; and his nieces and nephews, Aron, Eric (Angela) and Clayton Colclasure.
