He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bartlett and Margaret Bartlett; and his mother-in-law Carolyn Williams. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Lesley Gill of Oswego, Derick Bartlett (Lyndi) of Springfield, Andrea Fonck (Joseph) of Glen Ellyn and Erica Haavig (John) of Orland Park; his grandchildren, Ryan Lewandowski, Zachary Gill, Charles Gill, Logan Haavig, Addison Bartlett, Ivy Bartlett, Ryan Haavig, Waverlee Bartlett, Joseph Fonck and Clark Bartlett; his siblings, Betty Pooser (Ricky) of Orangeburg, Walter Bartlett (Melissa) of Carolina Beach and Bill Bartlett (Elaine) of Johnson City, Tennessee; and his father-in-law Richard Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Morris' memory to the Alzheimers Association .
