She is survived by: her boyfriend Roy Matthews; her sister Patricia Hayden (John); her nephews, Brian Hayden (Cory Johnson), John Jr. Hayden (Laura), Christopher Hayden (Ashleiegh) and Daniel (Beth Frank); her niece Katherine Mohr (David, Jr.); and also, Howard Matthews, Marion Kenneth Matthews (Sonja Varelo) and Marian Zalesiak (Richard).
