He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore D'Ambrosio and Rosina Guarino D'Ambrosio; and his siblings, Mary Tassone, Rose Rizzo and Attorney Nicholas D'Ambrosio.
He is survived by: his spouse Kaye Banister; his son Jay D'Ambrosio (Amy) of Cranberry, PA; his grandchildren, Luke, Jack and Trace; his son Adam D'Ambrosio (Brenna) of Frankfort, IL; his granddaughters, Kathryn, Sophia and Lucy; his sister Antoinette Greaca of Largo, Florida; his extended family Mary Beth Behan; and also Hannah Sherwin. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
