He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Tucker and Gladys Tucker (Lovejoy); his siblings, Elnora Gostas, Fern Bechtold and James T. Tucker; and his daughter Kasandra Poeckes.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Tucker of Bolingbrook, Illinois; his children, Stefanie (James), James and Trischa Tucker of Pueblo West, Colorado; and his grandchildren, James (J. C.), Jessica, Trina Tucker of Pueblo West, Jesika, Biondina (Dina) and Bianka Stephens of Bolingbrook, Illinois. He is also survived by many brothers/sisters-in law, nieces, nephews, friends.

Memorials may be made to the Boy Scouts of America–Rainbow Council Scout Reservation, or your local Boy Scout Council.
