He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his child Lauren Pulkownik (Paul); his siblings, Elmer Jr. (late Marilyn) and Marlene Koutsky (William); his brother-in-law Gary Gean (Chantelle); and his mother-in-law Ruby Gean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
