She is survived by: her sister Barb (Bill); her niece Julie Herrin (Jerry); her great-nieces, Amy and Amanda Herrin; her aunt Esther O'Toole; and her cousins, Lisa O'Toole and Sherry Schmidt (Ron).

“Judy was a coworker and long time friend. I met her when I was in college and running permits in for the family business. She always welcomed me with a kind word. I ended up working with her in Woodridge for many years and continued to see her regularly as my wife continued cutting her hair after I moved on to another town. I will always remember her smile, her laugh, and the entertaining dynamic she and Leroy had when he was still healthy. Rest in peace Judy, say hello to Leroy-”
