Carlisle of Bolingbrook, IL; her children, Douglas II Carlisle (Stephanie) of Willowbrook, IL and Erin Carlisle; her grandchildren, McKenna, Lana, Collin and Quinnly Carlisle; and her brothers, Keith Earle (Maureen) of Bolingbrook, IL and Donald Earle of Leland, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
