He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kukulka and Evangeline Kukulka; and his brother Daniel Kukulka. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Kukulka; his children, Richard Kukulka (Jennifer), Elizabeth Koetz (Trevan) and Andrew Kukulka (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Alexander, Derek, Kathryn, Trevan Joseph and Ryan; his sister Susan Bloom (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Prendergast (John) and James Speckin.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium (530 W Boughton Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440).
