She is survived by: her father Kurt Kotalik; her siblings, Carol Kot (Kevin), Alaina Gubecka (Marty), Jessie Hansen (Don) and Eva Etchoe (Mark); her children, Arissa M. Hoffman (Jesse), Kurt M. Waldrep and Zachariah D. Waldrep; and her grandchild Harper Hoffman. She is also survived by many Aunts and Uncles, Nieces, Nephews.
