He was predeceased by: his father Leo Lewis; and his brothers, Alex Tyrone Lewis and Anthony Andrew "Pig" Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Armentha Mays Lewis; his wife Amber Thomas March; his daughters, Sierra Thomas Lewis, Jaia Lewis and Amira Lewis; his granddaughter Alaya; and his siblings, Eden Guinn (James Huff), Alvelyn Lewis, Lester Lewis, Michael Lewis, Eric Lewis, Bryce Lewis and Timothy Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
