He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend James L. Oliver and Reverend Lucille Oliver-Jones; his siblings, Madora (late Robert) and Ruby; and his sister-in-law Carol Simpson (Otis).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Malone); his children, Antony Maurice Johnson, Will Johnson, Jr., Shantel Margarie Johnson and Terrence Jovan Johnson; his sisters, Bessie Williams and Mariam Dolores Hudson (late Sylvester); and his siblings-in-law, James Malone (Janice Williams), Kevin Malone (Norma) and Donna Rawls (Roger). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
