He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Levy; and his siblings, Jackie Patrick, Debbie Moncrief and Jeffrey Levy. He is survived by: his wife Salice Boyd; his children, Quentin Levy and Talicia Levy; his father Robert Levy; his brothers, Robert Enter Jr., Sylvester Levy and Nat Ray (Hazel); and his brothers-in-law, Jerome Boyd Jr. and Richard Boyd. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
