He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Smith; his stepparents, Ivan Smith and Nancy Siroky; his sons, Nicholas Siroky (Carrie), Dylan Siroky and Andrew Siroky; his sister Julie Wood (Lowell); his half-brother Bradley Siroky (Bobbie Overton); his stepbrothers, Donald Smith, William Krieger and Brian Krieger; his granddaughter Cora Siroky; and his niece Jessica Engstrom.
