She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Betty; her grandparents, Vito, Jennie, Charles and Clara Wold Dear; her siblings, Clara of Henry, CPD. and William DiCanio (late Louise); and her aunts and uncles, Marie Vogt (late Frank), Rocco DiCanio (late Kay), Anthony DiCanio (late Grace), Francis DiCanio, Nancy DiCanio, Marie Jane DiCanio, Nancy Keaty (late Bill), Grace, Vito "Bill" DiCanio (Frances) and Bud Wold (late Winnie).
She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph DiCanio (Teresa), Betty Grasz (late Mickey) and Jackie Gawecki (John); and her nieces and nephews, Joe (Michele), Lynn, Tony (Sophie), Bill, John Michael (JoAnne), Richard (Cara), Robert (Lisa), Teresa, Jim (Sue), Mike (Sue), Val (Mary), Betty Ann (Pat), Traci, Karen (Brian), Joanne, Kevin and Paul (Michele).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home (530 W Boughton Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oakridge Cemetery (4301 W Roosevelt Rd, Broadview, IL 60155).
