She is survived by: her spouse Wardell Perkins; her daughters, Toye Len Smith (Mike) and Tamahine McClindon (John); her sisters, Doris Hughes, Hattie Davis (James) and Cherlene Mixon (C. W.); her daughter Stacey Perkins; her grandchildren, Chris, Courtney, Jazmine, Rikaria, Jayden, Nyla, Nariah and Janiah; her great grandchildren, Cordarion, Christian, Jayla and Javion; and her aunt Rosemary Smith.
