She is survived by: her husband Stephan Mack of Northlake, IL; her children, Stephan Mack Jr. (Sandy), Michael Mack (Irma) and Kimberly Goodwin (Jason); her grandchildren, Angelina Mack, Anthony Mack, Gianni Mack, Krisala Mack, Joseph Mack, Jesse Goodwin and Jake Goodwin; and her brothers, Salvator Spizzirri, Gary Spizzirri, Benedetto "Benji" Spizzirri Jr. (Janica) and Steven Spizzirri (Jody). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
