She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Metanchuk, Sr.; her parents, John Szylowicz and Stephanie Szylowicz; and her siblings, Olga (Gerald), Sophie and Anthony.

She is survived by: her children, Helen and Andrew Jr. Metanchuk (Laurie); her grandchildren, Peter and Drew; and her brother John Jr. (Betty). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
