Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Abby Bugay of Bolingbrook, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 57, on April 26, 2021. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Steve Bugay; her sons, Roy D. Sanchez (Ana Y.) of Plainfield, IL and Michael J. Sanchez (Kera L.) of Palatine, IL; her grandchildren, Amaya Anali Sanchez, Roy Alexander Sanchez and Chloe Kai Sanchez; her parents, Julia Cruzen and Diego Gonzalez; her parents-in-law, Pat and Jim Bugay; and her siblings, Maria "Margie" Ciudaj (Jeff), Joe Gonzalez (Diva), Saul Gonzalez (Linda) and Sam Gonzalez (Iris).
Current health guidelines state that no more than 50 individuals at a time may pay their respects to the family, and guests are required to wear masks and follow social distancing procedures.
In lieu of flowers or donations to the family, a collection in memory of Abby Bugay is being taken to help other cancer patients who face the challenges of surviving this disease.
