It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Tercero of Bluford, Illinois, born in Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Volkert and Doris Volkert (Pemberton). She is survived by: her children, Miguel Christopher Tercero (Adrienne) of Jacksonville, Amanda Jewel Capps (Matthew) of Bluford and Kyle Adam Tercero of Paducah, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ramon Tercero, Diego Tercero, Antonio Tercero, Makenna Toth, Aubrie Capps and Skye Tercero; her great grandchild Khai Belt; her brother Jerry Volkert (Juanita) of Bardstown, Kentucky; her nephew Jay Volkert (Rebecca) of Mackville, Kentucky; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryleigh Volkert, Chase Volkert and Maddie Volkert.
