He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Herbert Woodcock, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Jerry Ballard. He is survived by: his mother Connie Woodcock (Townsend); his wife Gayla Woodcock (Poole); his children, Dustin Eckles, Leslie Duffield (Jeremy), B. J. Woodcock (Cassie), Kelsey Rowland (Nate) and Hannah Kuenstler (Preston); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Logan Duffield, Aubria Eckles, Mac Dulaney, Ryleigh, Wesson, Marleigh, Case Woodcock and Hazel Kuenstler; and his sister Diane Ballard.
