He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bernard Leonard, Harold Leonard, Richard Leonard and William Paul Leonard. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Leonard (Cuttill); his child Roy Thomas "Tom" Leonard, Jr.; his wife Sherry of Dwight; his grandchildren, Nichole Leffler of Benton, Dezi Leonard of Dwight, Kylie Leffler of Centralia and Delani Leonard of Dwight; his siblings, Evelyn Kincade of Odell, Violet Noel of Odell, Donald E. Leonard of Odell, James Leonard of Mount Vernon and Robert Leonard (Kathy) of Odell; his siblings-in-law, Delores Boyd of Benton, Shirley Leonard of Pontiac and Bill Cuttill (Sally) of Oshkosh; and also, Shana Marie Leffler and Ron Fatheree of Centralia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
